10-Day Issue Reporting Window
If your order arrives incorrect, damaged, or defective, contact us within 10 calendar days of delivery at kindredabysscontactus@gmail.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and, if damaged in transit, its packaging.
Eligible Issues
- We sent the wrong item or a size different from the size you ordered.
- Your item arrived damaged or defective.
We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement, exchange, or refund. For verified mistakes or defects, Kindred Abyss will cover reasonable applicable replacement or return shipping costs.
Final Sale and Size Selection
We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, personal preferences, or sizes selected incorrectly by the customer. Please review product descriptions and size charts carefully before ordering.
Intimates
For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel is final sale and is not eligible for standard returns or size-preference exchanges. If we sent the wrong size or item, or the item arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 10 calendar days of delivery for an appropriate resolution. Do not return intimate apparel without contacting us first.
Refunds and Replacements
When a refund is appropriate and approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. We aim to process approved refunds within 5–10 business days, or sooner where required by applicable law or payment-provider rules. Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays. After processing, your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds to your account.
We will provide return instructions if a return is needed; please do not mail items back without authorization.
